Here are the most frequently asked questions. 

How much do you charge?

As I offer a bespoke service, please contact me so that I can prepare an accurate proposal and quotation for you. I am happy to discuss your bespoke requirements.

How do I pay?

Once we have discussed your specific requirements, a 25% deposit will be required as confirmation of your order. This can be paid securely by debit or credit card. The balance will be payable on completion of the work.

How will I receive my order?

Your finished project will be delivered to the email address you provide at the time of your order. Alternatively your documents and files can be uploaded to DropBox, WeTransfer or Google Docs ready for you to download.

Can I get a refund if I’m not happy?

I sincerely hope you will be happy with my work, however, if you are dissatisfied then of course this can be discussed with a view to fixing any issues. Due to the nature of the work, cancellations and refunds are not accepted once a project has commenced (exceptional circumstances considered) and this applies to all packages provided by Broadway Publishing.
